More than 5 stars. I came in for Easter from out of town and began dealing with persistent jaw and ear pain, afraid it was a serious infection. I have EDS and I’m autistic, so I usually brace for the worst when it comes to medical visits especially with my communication issues—but from the moment I walked into this office, I was treated with nothing but compassion, patience, and kindness. Dr Laura and Addi fixed me up with an easy root canal. Absolute angels! I'm so glad that they were able to help me. No more tooth pain. Thank you!
Dr. Gecina was super friendly and knowledgeable. I never had a root canal and was nervous on what to expect. She was kind and pleasant throughout the entire process and made me comfortable. The office is spotless and both the hygienist and the receptionists were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this office.
I just finished from West Branch Endodontics. Paige, Dr. Andrew Chang & his assistant Addi took great care of me. Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang completed a series of tests and imaging studies, found the problem that was causing me pain and did a great job of treating the problem immediately. Thank you so much Dr. Chang! And special thanks to Paige and Addi for helping me through the process :)
Dr. Chang was very nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to listen to me about my autoimmune disorder and gave me antibiotics prior to my rootcanal. His nurse and Dr. Chang were concerned I could get an Infection and gave me a perm filling. Unfortunately I did get an Infection bc I'm immunosuppressed but I was given the best treatment and extra lidocaine for my sensitive tooth! Thank you to everyone involved! Will go back if I ever need to!
