I had an excellent experience getting a root canal done at West branch Endodontics. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting me scheduled quickly. Dr. Laura was fantastic she walked me through every step of the procedure, which put me completely at ease. A special thanks to Chloe, her assistant, for being so attentive and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this team!
Everyone in this office went above and beyond to help me. Chris went out of her way to get insurance approvals, and get me scheduled quickly. Dr. Gecina explained everything to me in a way I could understand before, during, and after the procedures. The other ladies who assisted we're also wonderful. I would highly recommend both Dr. Gecina and Dr. Chang for anyone needing specialized dental treatment. They were both amazing and very caring. They go out of their way to fit you into their busy schedules and get the problem taken care of quickly. They explain things step by step putting your mind at ease.
