Have been there many times. Allways treated Nicky by the staff.
West Branch Cinema 3 is a very charming little theater. We were treated warmly by the ticket taker and by the concession stand personnel. Later, after we got home I realized I had lost my drivers license/credit card holder and thought possibly it had been left there. I called the theater and left a voice mail explaining my problem, and within a 1/2 hour I received a message back that they had found it and would have it waiting for me up front. Not crazy about the stairs, but it's clean. Snacks are great(popcorn) will definately go back.
Had a really nice time at the matinee yesterday. Popcorn was really good. Cool old theater and very pleasant employees. Will be back!

Like the place and loved the movie. Reasonable priced mattinae but the seat was the worst. My back couldn't handle the angle that long. Next time bring a back rest.
Parking is an issue, walked 4 blocks In the rain. Waited in the rain for tickets. Surprise! Cash only. Rude cashier told my 6 year old to "get her hands back" because she was too close to his till. Like she had any idea she was near his money. Movie had no commercials, and because the line was so long, we missed the first 5-10 minutes of the movie. It was so dark when we got inside, we had to use our phone light to find seats safely and were yelled at by a big fat lady to shut our lights off. The chairs squeak terribly. Bath... read more
