You know it's a real shame when you call and establishment and ask them if they have bait and you're told yes and you drive an hour to the bait shop to pick up the bait that you were told on the phone it's $5 and then when you get there you're told it's $7.50 a piece. It just brings a new meaning to bait and switch tactics. To me that's terrible customer service and a terrible way to run a business.
