Appt time was 330 for simple X-rays/exam. I arrived early and had all forms completed prior to appointment time. Waited until 425 and still wasn’t seen and was told they didn’t have an estimate on when I would be seen. I understand unforeseen circumstances in caring for patients, but no courtesy call to let patients know you’re running an hour plus late? Disappointing to not respect your patient’s times and at least give them a heads up. It also reeks of cigarettes in this office. Find a better dental office.
Very good Dentist, but the office personnel refused to even cooperate in any manner of just giving me one simple piece of paper in order to stop my benefits from being cut off…. Instead, they try to tell me how these companies should run their business…. They were happy to take my money and promised to cooperation once the money was received by them zero cooperation I would never ever recommend going there unless you are very wealthy and can afford to pay for everything twice because there will be no cooperation from the off... read more
