Hi The staff in front! She was very rude to me and even 1star rating is a lot ,when I asked the staff she didn't answer my question and she no doctor's here!!!
Dr. Song is an excellent doctor who's so kind, attentive, and always takes the time to listen. I’ve always had great experiences with him. The only downside is one older receptionist. Each encounter I've had with her has been unpleasant due to her rudeness. She laughed at a family member's name during a phone call and repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking. Every other receptionist has been friendly and professional, but she consistently detracts from the experience.
Dr. Song is wonderful, takes time to ask questions and provide a lot of advise and knowledge . Lucky to have Dr. Song
Dr. Song is the most caring doctor I have ever had. He always has a welcoming and upbeat demeanour, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. The receptionist is also very pleasant.
