the apartments are really nice we love our space but we pay 1600 a month and that does not include parking, anybody can park in our apartment complex, so most nights we can’t find any parking spots and have to park blocks down the road or get towed. I have been towed twice in the MONTH that i’ve been here, just by parking in spaces everyone else park. I think it’s ridiculous how I already pay a crazy amount for rent and if i want my own spot it’s an extra $70 for each car. They should at least put up signs for certain areas ... read more
Make sure the unit you are seeing is the EXACT unit you are getting. They tend to show you a mock unit and it looks nothing like what you actually get.
Asking almost $1500 for 2bd without any windows in the bedrooms and no infrastructure around is crazy.
Don't move here unless you want you car broken into multiple times and rent increasing constantly by 50-55$ each year. Been here for 4 years. Since new management took over (EPC) The secured valet parking garage that was included in the rent was closed down on short notice and management started charging 75$ for an open lot with zero security. There is no where to park your car anymore. The street are congested all the time. Christmas Day there were 16+ cars with their windows busted. Random homeless ppl walking around and s... read more
if you could provide enhanced security measures for the entire residential area, not just the open parking lot, given the current fees. It would demonstrate a greater commitment to resident well-being. Improved amenities and services, particularly for long-term residents, would also be greatly appreciated.
