Unable to login to my account. Can access DOXO for payment but can't look up my payment information. Ridiculous!!
I had to change checking accounts and in the process had to contact all local utilities. The experience was horrible—until I got to the West Boise Sewer District. Instead of an automated phone system, a real person answered the phone and helped me tremendously. After dealing with frustrating automated systems from the other utilities, this was was like sunshine on a stormy day. How nice these folks are!!
Terrible! Not user friendly at all..does not allow access to my account. When I make a payment I want to first see my bill.
