I was in a sticky situation after I rented a U-Haul from West Boca self storage. I needed to extend my reservation, but there was other reservations and limited availability. So I reached out and spoke to Darrin and he made it happen. He went out of his way to help me, showed he cared and put in the extra effort to accommodate me. He was extremely friendly kind and very very helpful. Thanks, Darrin!

Do yourself a favor and find a different storage facility. This place is so lazy that Erica locked the ladies restroom so she didn't have to clean it. There is a mens rest room but that doesn't do my wife any good when she comes. I've rented from here for 5 years and I've gotten numerous screws/ nails in my tires because the lazy staff never uses the roller magnet. Also Ive made several referrals to them and because the staff gets additional money for new sign ups, the staff doesn't want to report that you made the referral ... read more
