Alexa was great. Very informative and helpful. Lower rates than elsewhere.
The manager is a good person but, in price THEY LITERALLY CHANGE THE PRICE SO FAST. IN 4-6 MONTHS THEY CHANGE TO DOUBLE PRICE!!!!!!!! Horrible experience. Like dude they change the price not even notifying us.
My experience here are Boca storage was absolutely great! The new office manager, Alexis has a wonderful personality, smile and customer service skills which make customer's visits well worth renting at this facility.
