My experience here are Boca storage was absolutely great! The new office manager, Alexis has a wonderful personality, smile and customer service skills which make customer's visits well worth renting at this facility.
Everything went smoothly and easily. Very happy. Thank you to Alexis at the front desk who was very professional, kind and patient.
Nice people, prices are high for me but customer service is seriously unresponsive unless you go face to face. Do not expect an email back or for them to pick up your phone call. I’ve been trying to cancel for a week, I can’t get there before 5pm so I’ve been calling. No answer or return phone call. Once my cancellation is handled I will update my review. Update: They handled my cancellation with grace. Much appreciated!!
