I had the best experience, Dr. Beck really help me a lot, also my kids. Glades the secretary always very helpful and nice
I love Dr Beck he really listen to my problem and help me get the right Therepy for my anxiety disorder like get an oil diffuser and downloading positive daily quotes app on my phone
Told me that my child’s needs were a reflection of POOR PARENTING. And we need to IGNORE his outbursts and he will eventually learn to stop. Pushed me to sign up for 10 sessions. Cancelled after 2. . If what you are being told feels wrong, trust your instincts. After a year of advocating, turned out to be sensory issues. We can now begin to teach him how to regulate. Horrible experience here.

Unfortunately because of the horrible experience we had with the receptionist, GLADYS, we did not get to see the therapist. The receptionist is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with in my life! Just when you need therapy for a traumatic situation, you don’t expect more anxiety and trauma walking through the door. She apparently does not know how EAP works and insisted that we have insurance when the sessions would be paid through my employer.
