If I could a negative zero, I would. We had to call 911 because my dad fell. Although I told the ambulance company NOT to take him to west Boca…they did anyway.  Of course….He needed to be transferred to a trauma hospital…after 3. + hours waiting, so they transferred him to Delray medical center..another shit bag hospital. So not only did the EMTs dropped the ball, the girl in the ER was very nasty while we were waiting. I wish I had gotten her name because I would have had her fired. I have had a wonderful experience at west Boca. The reason for this was my Dr. Dr Amir Zeidan who is most affectionately referred to as Dr. Sunshine was wonderful to me. I feel so much better and confident in his ability to be a comfort to me and my family.

Dr. M .Marques and his group of doctors took the time to explain my treatment and answered my questions. The third floor nursing staff took great care of me.Yolanda Galvez was kind and patient
