I can't even give this place one star. From the start I purchased a mobile home that was said to have central heat/air, it didn't. I have dealt with at least 4 rent increases in the last 21/2 years, bout every six months. The park is full of drugs and kids that vandalize constantly. This park has no rules that it follows. I am three months pregnant and disabled yet they would not let me go into a payment plan with my past-due lot rent because OTHER people have not kept the agreement in the past.
