I have been going to this office for years. Dr. Lorenz is a great dentist and it is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
As usual I had great service. My issue required me to return several times and each time was great. Been going for years and will return in the future.
Dr. Lorenz is wonderful: experienced, and personable. Unfortunately, the staff he has now are not. This is a smaller practice and the hours are understandably a bit more limited. I think the staff is either double-booking or mis-managing appointments. Had some recent bad experiences where, after arriving for an appointment I had scheduled two months in advance, the staff informed me that my appointment was for earlier in the day (blatantly not true, I keep a tight calendar).
