I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Kat and her team at West Block Dental. You can tell that everything was thoughtfully curated in this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming yet balanced with an upscale touch. Dr. Kat’s demeanour was refreshing and instantly put me at ease. Everything was explained to me with the top of the line technology to support it. I haven’t stopped raving about this clinic since I’ve left!!
Overall very good experience! The office is very clean and modern, with all the latest dental tech and tools. Dr. Kat takes the time to explain everything so that you feel comfortable understanding what her recommendations are. I really appreciate that they offer a quote at the beginning of the appointment to understand how much insurance covers and how much is out of pocket so there are no surprises. Overall I cannot recommend this dental office enough!
Dr. Kat Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever been to! Her and her team are so welcoming, comfortable, and thorough! They explained every process and checked in with me every few minutes to see if I was still doing ok. They make me love dental visit!
Dr Kat and her crew of rockers run the best dental clinic in town! She listens to all concerns and explains everything that's happening in an easy to understand way. Every time I come here, she always makes me laugh the whole time. Everyone is super nice and patient with answers and care! And she offers sunglasses to make sure I look cool during the appointments! Direct bill to insurances works with both coverages easy to book or rebook when they have the chance to fit you in for emergency they do.. been going for over a year and never disappointed in any way.. caring and when they can go over and above they do Props to the team
