So thankful for Obamacare. Through it I was connected to this amazing West Berkeley Clinic. Had a stroke in 2015 and received the best care. Please never leave us!!
Kelley Stewart Nurse Practitioner Is a very horrible Nurse Practitioner. Took horrible care of me and never showed concern nor compassion. So not trust worthy and they take your life as a joke!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!! KELLEY STEWART YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON AND HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING AS A NURSE!!!!!! Thumbs down to you and how you treat your patients!!!!!! The staff is horrible (call center). Nurses don’t call back! I had a ear infection and they wanted to give me a virtual phone appointment like really!!! ... read more
I also had a bad experience with West Family Berkeley Practice. The nurse Kelly never gave me my lab results and gave me ensure to substitute for food for 3 1/2 years!!! I was losing weight by the day and she didn’t even care why. I could no longer eat food and she would say what do you want me to do??? She’s a nurse practitioner but asked me what could she do more? How about sending me out for testing!!! Took her two weeks to get my chest x-ray had I not called and filed a complaint I would still be waiting. PLEASE PICK ANO... read more
