Autoflite Engineering have been using WESTBERG FREIGHT for over 10 years. The experience with WESTBERG FREIGHT has been great. No issues with delivery. I myself call to ask questions from time to time about where they deliver and they are all too happy to help me out. We would recommend WESTBERG FREIGHT to anyone for regional delivery. I called to ask when would be earliest possible delivery for a client who was desperate for the delivery to be next day and yes it was no issue. Very happy with their service. They picked up a delivery, then once they were 10 mins away refused to deliver the last bit and demanded I pick it up from where they were. When I gave them another suburb of the town they said no because it was 10km away and it has to be in the town. When I said I didn't have another address they wanted to just leave it somewhere random and I had to go pick it up straight away. Most ridiculous interaction with a freight company I've ever had.

SCAM !!! do not deal with this company! they will avoid you for a month after damaging your order, had no feedback on my order to be told a month later they smashed the glass on my car bootlid I ordered. STAY AWAY!!!
