I think this is in the top tier of vape shops in Washington County. And in SE Wisconsin for that matter. Even though I'm not in the area much "maybe stop in every other Month" my face and what I do and the conversations we had are still recognized. Which is important to me. Definitely a great selection of juice. Willing to do a little leg work for the customer. Treatment I haven't received at other shops. And quality products in stock. So shout out to the horrible service i got at West Bend Vapor last night. Trying to tell the guy what i needed but he is just getting extremely frustrated extremely quickly at me and proceeds to raise his voice likes he's in a fight with his significant other. Rude as fuck. Dude seemed like he was completely stoned and had no idea what was going on. Went in looking for information and to learn about the different products what kind of set up we wanted to run. He barley gave us any answers. A monkey could do his job better. It's like every other vape shop around. They won't last long. BTW don't forget to thank me for this excellent review. Your lucky I'm only able to give u 1 star.

Great place, great staff. The store has a clean and friendly environment. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and plenty to choose from.
With the help of West bend vapor, I've completely quit smoking cigarettes for 3 weeks now. By far the most helpful shop I've been to. Customer service has always been on point twords me and every other customer I've seen them deal with. Quality products and great prices. I won't go to any other shop in town.
