Went to West bend optical and was looking for some glasses. But the ladies that were there were so unhelpful. And kept disappearing on me when I needed help. I honestly don't see how this place stays in business. They have snobby and useless women that work there

Came in no appt hoping I might get my glasses back by the end of the day after my toddler bent them out of shape and the screw fell out. They fixed them in less than 5 min! I also had a great experience picking these out there. Great place!
