Delay and deny should be this insurance company's slogan. If their insured driver clearly causes an accident, pray that they don't have this awful insurance company. Their insured drove right through a stop sign right in front of me and right into my lane of travel when there was no stop sign for my lane of traffic. We have our home and cars insured by West Bend Insurance. Super company to work with. Just had a claim on my car, and they were awesome to work with. They worked directly with the body shop to make sure the car was fixed correctly and to the OEM specifications. From my perspective, they actually spend their money on their insureds, and not sport stadiums / super bowel commercials. I would highly recommend them.
