If I could leave a no star I would. I would never ever do business with them! We have used them for our business insurance for the last 7 years or more . A couple months ago they tried to hit us with a 12,000 withdraw from our bank account for no reason or heads up to us. We opened our bank account and saw the money gone. When we contacted them they said it was for an audit they did but had no numbers to base said audit on. We had to dispute the charge with our bank to get the money back. West bend insurance Is a horrible greedy insurance company that just denies claims when their insured drivers are at fault. I will never use them as my insurance company.
God help you if you get hurt at work and they use this company
This company deserves a zero star review. Terrible customer service and will not work with you in the event of a death. They were happy to take a payment from me for a dead relative. Now they owe a refund and keep trying to write a redund check to a deceased family member.
