Thank you West Bend Ford!!! Another dealership wanted $2,000 to fix my transmission. West Bend Fords Ed Montag advised of a module that would still be under warranty and would fix the issue. Ed was 100% right the module was the issue. I appreciate there honesty and commitment to their customers. Thank you Ed and West Bend Ford!!!!!
Jeff is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I tried to setup a time to meet him at the dealership to test drive a truck, but we could not get a time that would fit both of our schedules. He drove it down to my work, over an hour away! And when I purchased it, he waited after hours for me to get up there and get it. He has also delivered on all of his promises of fixing things that needed to be fixed. Again he came over an hour to pick up the truck and take care of it! Highly, Highly, Highly recommend West Bend Ford.
