I had foot surgery at this facility last Friday, and my experience was quite disappointing. I had to wait for over two and a half hours, which was frustrating. They struggled to find my veins, and when I suggested using hand heaters or warm blankets, the nurse went on about how they either didn't have them or were short on supplies. The nurse who cared for me after the surgery was also not helpful. To top it off, the cleanliness of the place was lacking. Overall, I was not impressed at all. I had surgery today, 10/22. It went pretty well I think, hoping for the desired results in a few months, TBD for now but thatll also fall more on the surgeonwhom doesn'twork here. The centers nurse was a cool guy, very calm skilled at Ivs, and I hate ivs. I also liked the anaesthesiologist they contracted. He helped address my needs in terms of needle anxiety quite well, which made the still conscious nerve block injection tolerable.
