Wonderful place. Everybody was welcoming, friendly, personable. Very comfortable experience. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Would have no problem going there for future procedures.
Terrible staff, no communication.
Excellent bedside manners from everyone at the West Bay Surgery Center. Minimal waiting time. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were amazing and treated me like family. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
This is really a horrible place! My father was scheduled for 11:30am. After an hour and a half of waiting, we were told it would be 5 more minutes. We sat an additional 40 minutes. This place is ridiculous!
Absolutely great care from start to finish. They really treat you amazing, and help ease any anxiety. I was very nervous, and the care I received was top notch. Highly recommend!
