John and his team have been caring for our property for over 5 years - absolutely outstanding! As an example, during the 2024 Winter storms, John was first on site to assess the minor flooding of our first floor, had the downstairs cleared out and cleaned immediately, and limited our losses to an old couch and a Marden's rug. Highly recommend for both lawn and caretaker services.
John and his crew has been taking care of my lawn and keeping the driveway plowed since late 2021, and has delivered consistently good service at fair prices. He communicates well via email, and hasn't hesitated to reach out whenever he's noticed some issues with my seasonal home. Highly recommended.
We have hired West Bay Lawn for the past few years (winter caretaking & summer lawn service) and can't imagine how we could manage our property without John's oversight and attention to detail. John is professional, diligent, trustworthy, and has resolved a myriad of issues for us. He keeps us up to date on a weekly basis, and more often if he sees something that needs to be addressed. Highly recommend all of his services. A 10/10!
