Misrepresentation of facility and Amenities. $380+ for the room was supposed to be a once in a lifetime deal for since we are on a fixed income. To start with no mineral baths. I was told that the sister resort would be able to accompany us with a free shuttle. BUT when we got there we where told that they too are down and waiting for parts. When I asked at the front desk they acted surprised like they didn't know but the baths where down for at least 4 days and I'm sure that I was not the only one wanting the mineral experi... read more
We loved our stay at the resort! Everything was perfect- from the customer service to the food. Our little one got sick during our stay. The shuttle was able to take me to CVS to get some medicine and back to the hotel. This place is worth every penny spent!
