I only gave this company one star because I couldn't give them lower West Automotive is a complete rip off please be aware of West automotive do not take your vehicle to this man

This gentleman saved me when my axle broke in the middle of rush hour at the end of the week right before our last snow storm. The prices are fair, the work was good and I got my vehicle back faster than I expected. Hard to find a good mechanic that does not take advantage of women, this guy is great!

I went to West Automotive for a complete tuneup. $647 later, my vehicle still lacks acceleration and now idles high, which wasn't a previous issue. My vehicle was promised to me on a Friday and I didn't get my vehicle back until a week after. The owner and or mechanic don't call the vehicle owner when they see other parts that needs to be replaced. I went to west because i needed some lower control arm bushings. I told them i needed for bushing replaced and they quoted me a very, very fair price. When finished i was told that only 2 of the bushings needed replacement, so they were returning the part and my final price was considerably cheaper. Not only is this place close, but honest, fair priced and gets the job done fast. This will be my new mechanic.
