Went in for what should have been a simple oil change. When we came to pick up the car, they logged our license plate to another vehicle with a different km amount, making it hard to trust that they did the oil change on the right car. We checked the oil ourselves the next day to make sure it was actually done and that's when we noticed a new dent with scratches on the hood of our car. We wanted to support a local place but this is just complete carelessness with our car. We will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I had a disappointing experience at West Automotive. I was charged more while receiving fewer parts and services than originally discussed, and no clear explanation or discount was offered. After the repair, my car developed a worsening noise, which they failed to diagnose after several visits. In the end, I was told to go elsewhere, which I did. I’ve brought my car here twice. Both times the service and communication has been great. The owner is very fair and transparent and prices are reasonable.
