My truck was broken into and several items were stolen. While this was a frustrating experience, I must commend Mr. West on his excellent work. He handled the situation professionally, and I especially appreciate that he replaced the item that was damaged by the thieves. His character is outstanding. The only area I would respectfully suggest for improvement is security.
