I love this company! I have used them for my work and home. I called Caleb and told him I had a classroom (students in it) with an a/c out. He was fast show up and was able to get it repaired the same day. At my house, I have had ongoing problems with a new a/c unit which was installed by another company. West Austin A/C is our "go to" for any and all HVAC issues. They installed the equipment when we remodeled our home and we've used them every since.
We had Caleb and team replace an AC unit earlier this spring. Once the temps came up, the drain became clogged and the unit was inoperable. Caleb came out the afternoon that we called and took care of the problem without charge. We appreciate the attitude and quick response. Don't hesitate to reach out.
It would be hard to exaggerate how impressed I am with Caleb and the team. I had some very specific requirements and even though it took awhile to work through them Caleb personally persisted and got it done. I’m perfectly happy with my new variable speed system and I would recommend no other company. Seriously considering having them replace my second system, in advance of it failing, I like the variable speed, and trust their work, so much.
