West Austin came out and repaired and serviced our AC. They were fast and didn't overcharge us! We have always had a good experience with West Austin!
From the first call, through to a new system, West Austin Air were excellent. The Quality of their people, process, products, and value pricing will be hard to beat. A+
We had Caleb and team replace an AC unit earlier this spring. Once the temps came up, the drain became clogged and the unit was inoperable. Caleb came out the afternoon that we called and took care of the problem without charge. We appreciate the attitude and quick response. Don't hesitate to reach out. Update: Same issue came up last weekend. They were here Mon afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. They also replaced one of the components that was questionable. No charge as part of the install completed in the spring.
West Austin AC has been my go-to company for the past 2 years. They are fairly priced, on-time, and communicate effectively. Bryan has been awesome to work with and I highly recommend their services if you’re in the Austin/Lakeway area.
