The people here make it very obvious that your time is not important to them as their doctors are. It is OK to wait 30+ minutes on a pediatrician, however if you are 20 minutes late for once, you are denied access to seeing a doctor. It doesn't matter if your reason for being late is beyond your control. Their service is not over the top to have to deal with their poor customer interaction and business practice.
I love Dr. Carter and all the other Dr's at this practice. They are so nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with my child there.
Absolutely the best. Everyone of the staff are always helpful, no matter how many times you call. I drive over an hour to see them. Refuse to change pediatricians. They are very knowledgeable and really do care for your children.
This doctors office and all its staff is great everyone is polite and most of all they know how to do their jobs and do them effectively.
