On Tues Oct 4th, I called around 11pm and was told that there was a 2hr wait. Because, I was on the road and stranded in an Isolated area and way behind schedule, I agreed to a ridiculous amount of $220.00 for roadside assistance and a brand new tire. I was told that I wouldn't be serviced before 1am Wed morning and to "sit tight" Well I sat... for more than 3 hrs..
