These people are horrible! So rude, there is no way of retrieving medical records of your own unless requested through a medical office (no problem) I sent over the requested form and when I called the next day to get an update on when my records would be faxed over. This woman says “we don’t work that fast” while her coworkers are cackling in the background. As a medical professional this is a bad look on the practice. Save yourself the time and mental capacity.
