Called the number hear "This number has been disconnected..." The Board of Directors pays West Association Management $100 for every "nastygram" sent to Homeowners. What's the result? Lots of letters from West Management to Owners creating hostility and great income for West paid for by our dues. Do you want to view copies of Association Documents? Good luck getting an appointment, somehow they are never available :)
Lived there for 2 years parking a certain way. Then out of nowhere get a $275 citation. Stopped parking when I was informed. One tire on rocks that spilled into driveway but would not overturn citation Sent pictures but didn’t happen. The little spy driving around in golf cart is ruining people. Karma is looking for her. She needs to get a life. I get no parking on street but now taking away pool parking is ridiculous. Again I get it but some homes have a small driveway.
