I had a great experience working with the folks at West Gate. They were able to get me into the office for an eye exam on short notice, and provided an efficient, easy eye exam. I would highly recommend there services to anyone in the Ann Arbor area looking for an optometrist. I will certainly check back in with them again for my eyecare needs.
This was one of the best Optical appointments I’ve had. I was greeted by the optician, Peter, when I arrived who was very professional, helpful and friendly. The tech before seeing the Dr. was amazing and very helpful. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and reassuring to some of the challenges I am facing with my vision. I would recommend West Arbor Eye Care to anyone wanting professional and efficient Optical care.

West Arbor Eyecare is so good. 100/10. Day 25 of this migraine and I scheduled an appointment and missed it/slept through alarm and phone call from them. The Dr. fit me onto his schedule out of his working hours because the manager Peter advocated for me. Peter remembered my name when I arrived, was kind and spoke to me about loving helping people and his service as a veteran.
