I was excited for West Arbor Eyecare to open, based on the location alone. Went in today for my first eye exam and was impressed. The staff is so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and modern. I was seen on time and the exam was quick but very thorough. This will be my place going forward.
The lobby was very welcoming and the doctor was very kind and friendly. His assistant was out but we didn’t have any problems. Overall, it was a really great experience!
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very bright and personable. They gave me a large discount since I don’t have vision insurance. Will definitely go back!
