I pickup a client there.I go in to get her and I see Seniors bowling,playing chess.There are two floors of activities. Place is clean and thier staff is very helpful.
Cardio drumming class was so much fun Good workout
They have so much for SENIORS. Can go to socialize. Or Lunch( small cost) must sign up day before. Exercise classes of all kinds,walking at Rec center, at Senior center~ arthritis, chair yoga, movement and exercise room, not a lot of equipment but enough low impact for seniors gets me moving. Card games, so many craft classes I couldn't list them all!!! COMPUTER room with classes or someone to help, never been in it YET. MOVIES at times. AA meeting on Thursday at noon. Grief Group.
