I switched to this auto repair shop because the shop I was going to has gotten way to big for their britches on prices. Customer service and pricing was great here. I will definitely go back and recommend them.
Horrible..... Had a couple things that needed replaced, repaired by them. Diagnostics read good at that moment. Until my radiator blew. Car overheats now. Can't pass emissions. $1400 paid to this place and now my car is worse than it was before I brought it there. Went back to have them repair what THEY caused and they refused to do it. How professional. Seems like a trial and error shop. I wouldn't recommend it at ALL. Took money from an old lady on a fixed income.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I got what I thought was a new starter put in my 2008 chevy 2500. It turned out to be remanufactured starter with a screw that was over tightened by West Allis auto repair. Which essentially broke the starter. One of the screws was also loose as well.
Always 5 stars whenever I come here!! Austin was able to get my car in the next day and fix it within 2 hours. He always does such a great job and his prices are very very reasonable. I recommend you come here for auto repairs!!
