Best Chicken Nachos I have ever ate....Shona was great along with the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend!
Worst bbq experience we have ever had. Staff was incapable of taking an order over the phone due to the fact that they were unfamiliar with their own menu. Food was missing any and all barbecue sauce, and rolls which apparently should have made up the majority of the meal considering how much food we were actually given. French fries were frozen. Their food is literally cooked in crock pots which you can witness for yourself in clear view behind the counter, so brisket is, in essence, flavorless pot roast. Chicken had bones ... read more
BBQ nachos are the best.The friendly staff and nice music.
Really good place to eat. We smelled the BBQ cooking from way down the street and had to find where the good smell was coming from. Had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and wings, and they were great! Can't wait to visit Jackson again to eat at West Alley to try the ribs!
