Dr. Graham, Beth, and the whole staff at the Center for Pain are awesome!
Both my husband and I are patients at The Center for Pain. There is an extended wait time with the new management. However, I don't mind the long wait time in the waiting room, IF we can be heard by the provider when they walk into the exam room. For some reason we are now being seen by a new CRNP. The last three visits were with this new NP. The first time our visit was less than 2 minutes (no I am not exaggerating.) My appt on 7/7/26 was scheduled for 11:10. And I arrived at 10:54 like was told to me to arrive at least 10 minutes early. I was still waiting at 12:10. A patient that came in after me and her appt was at 11:20 was called back before me. I was overlooked by mistake but had to wait longer than I should have. I told Ansley about it and she said that she would make sure it was straightened out in the future. There were other patients having to wait even longer than me.
