This is the best strength focused gym, there's plenty of equipment for anyone who wants to come in to get stronger, or just get in a little bit better shape. I was lucky enough to stumble on the place about 6 months ago and haven't had to look back. I came in and met Jessie, who runs the place, and loved it immediately, I'm the strongest I've ever been and it's due mainly to the support this place helps give. West Alabama Barbell Club is for the serious minded individual that want to improve, continue progress or just do something different kind of place. They train hard and give 100%. My club, My gym is here with West Alabama and Jesse Lindsey.
