This is the best strength focused gym, there's plenty of equipment for anyone who wants to come in to get stronger, or just get in a little bit better shape. I was lucky enough to stumble on the place about 6 months ago and haven't had to look back. I came in and met Jessie, who runs the place, and loved it immediately, I'm the strongest I've ever been and it's due mainly to the support this place helps give.
