These folks have taken great care of my banking needs for 14+ years. Awesome personal service. It's just nice to be known when you walk into your bank. Doesn't depend on a balance - it's just how they do business. Love WABT!!!
Their 1-800 number doesn’t know what they’re doing. My husbands card has been restricted since Friday, they clearly don’t know how to take the restriction off of it. It’s Monday and a bank holiday so we’ve tried to get the card unrestricted for 3 days now going on 4. There is a cold snap tomorrow that I bet people won’t show up to work so we will now be left without food, gas, and funds until more than likely Wednesday because of this banks crappy services and inability to protect their clients from fraud by leaving them ent... read more
