Their 1-800 number doesn’t know what they’re doing. My husbands card has been restricted since Friday, they clearly don’t know how to take the restriction off of it. It’s Monday and a bank holiday so we’ve tried to get the card unrestricted for 3 days now going on 4. There is a cold snap tomorrow that I bet people won’t show up to work so we will now be left without food, gas, and funds until more than likely Wednesday because of this banks crappy services and inability to protect their clients from fraud by leaving them ent... read more
They are the most friendly staffed, helpful and understanding financial institution I have ever dealt with, literally. They go out of their way to explain things and make sure you understand whatever the transaction involves before you leave. This institution gave me a chance, at one of the worst possible moments in my life, when nobody else would and I proudly recommend them.
