Rudest service ever. Made an appointment at this location that magically disappeared.
I've been with WAAC for thirty years. Doc Rossier flat out saved my boy's life when another vet recommended putting him down when he was my foster dog. I called her crying and she said bring him in now. She and her staff took him in every other day for two months to save his feet from infection and scar tissue, etc. I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up after work. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! We have been taking our dog Lola to West Alabama Animal Vet since she was a puppy, but I can no longer recommend them in good faith. We went about 3 weeks ago for her regular shots and I had a few questions about allergies. Instead of responding to my request for a blood allergy test the vet told us that she heard a heart murmur. The staff is great. The veterinarians make sure you understand what's going on with your pet and what your treatment options are. When I take one in, they never fail to ask how the other is doing.
This is why West Alabama Animal Clinic is the best! The vet’s office was closed on Saturday afternoon, but they have a number where you can text an on call vet. It wasn’t even an emergency, but they responded after only 30 minutes and even checked in again this morning! I highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
