Quiet the experience. Our first helicopter ride for my girl's birthday. She wanted to be in the air for midnight and they communicated very well and was able to accommodate that request. The route they take hits a lot of landmarks and as someone with motion sickness the pilot Justin is smooth with it. Would recommend to anyone.
We booked a night flight over the strip with get your guide. The pilots were professional and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my first time in a helicopter! Thanks
Updated April 5: So, I haven't even left Ohio yet and I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review. I purchased a deal on Groupon. When I went to book online everything appeared to be booked. I called the office and spoke with Mellisa, she was friendly and accommodating. We booked a time and I figured we were good. But we weren't. I have had so much going on I didn't realize I booked Wednesday night and not Tuesday 😭 No worries! Mellisa to the rescue! We booked a helicopter tour with West Air Helicopters through GetYourGuide and had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at the meeting point (Gate 27A) at 7:40 PM as instructed and waited until 8:40 PM — over an hour — but there was absolutely no one there. The location is just an empty restricted airport area with no staff, no counter, and no way to enter.
