We went on a family flight last night. It was my son’s dream come true. The entire experience was flawless.
Stay away from them. They canceled the trip that I had already paid for due to the weather (no problem). I couldn’t attend a later date and have yet to receive a refund. Emails, calls and texts are being ignored. I have tried for two months.
We had a fantastic experience for my wife’s birthday. Things were a little behind schedule but Kyle was very communicative and friendly. We appreciated his customer service. Ashely, our pilot, was amazing. She was very professional and pointed out all the sights. We felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you for the awesome tour!!!
