We’ve only been with Kindercare for a couple of months but they’ve been so understanding. Being a new parent is scary and taking him to daycare was definitely something different. They’ve never failed to make us feel comfortable and updated and to fill our requests to get more updates. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.
We have had such a wonderful experience with Kindercare! When we unexpectedly needed childcare for our son at the last minute, they welcomed him without any issues and made the entire process so much less stressful for our family. One of my favorite things is the communication. The staff are welcoming and friendly. My children are well cared for and communication is top tier, especially if any sickness or any injury has occurred. I’m proud to call this center my children’s daycare!
We switched to Kindercare West A from another daycare in which we were at for about 5 years. Kindercare has welcomed us with open arms from the process of inquiring about available openings to starting; the first day, the staff at Kindercare comforted my children and made the transition so smooth for them and myself.
