Would really recommend this place! Really nice and friendly staff, and they are always accommodating scheduling wise.
I’ve always had an excellent experience at this clinic. The whole team is professional, welcoming, and attentive to patient comfort. Natasha the receptionist and Ruby the hygienist in particular provided outstanding service, always thorough and friendly. The communication around appointments was clear and accommodating, which made scheduling easy. I’ve recently moved away from Vancouver but I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Vancouver looking for excellent dental care.

Great experience getting a tooth refilled. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring.
Dr Rai and team are highly professional, provide great advice and teeth care and are always on time. Everyone is friendly and it's like visiting friends when it's time for teeth cleaning or a check-up. If ever an emergency, I've always been warmly taken care of on the same day. Anytime someone asks for a dental practice referral, I always send them to West 9th Dental and their awesome team!
