I have been a long time patient of this practice and highly recommend Dr. Rai, the hygienists and Natasha at the front desk who keeps everything running smoothly and is always so helpful and pleasant!
After avoiding the dentist for years because I didn’t have a dental plan, I was reccommended Dr. Rai’s office. I am genuinely the biggest fan of this office!! Natasha at the front desk is so helpful and friendly always - it’s an absolute pleasure to come in. Would really recommend this place! Really nice and friendly staff, and they are always accommodating scheduling wise.
I’ve always had an excellent experience at this clinic. The whole team is professional, welcoming, and attentive to patient comfort. Natasha the receptionist and Ruby the hygienist in particular provided outstanding service, always thorough and friendly. The communication around appointments was clear and accommodating, which made scheduling easy. I’ve recently moved away from Vancouver but I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Vancouver looking for excellent dental care.
