Greeted promptly by friendly staff in their bright, clean modern facility. The optometric assistant who completed the initial assessments was welcoming and thorough. Dr. Regier conducted the eye examination in a very friendly manner while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. She explained all procedures clearly ensuring throughout that any questions I might have were answered. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the care I received at West 5 Optometry after I suffered an eye injury playing pickleball. They managed to fit me into their schedule at short notice and then did a thorough eye exam, including photos, to make sure there was no permanent damage. A far cry from my previous optometry firm who absolutely refused to take time to see me when I woke up one day with light flashes in one eye and subsequently ended up in the ER. I would highly recommend West 5 Optometry to anyone.
