Great location and the apartments are nice, too. Staff has had some turnover in the past year but other than that It's a pretty nice place to live.
Overall it's been a good experience. Some issues with flooding this past winter from burst pipes, but things happen. They took care of it. The best part is the location. Close to 70 so I can get into the mountains in 25 minutes on a good day. Kai has always been the man and the new manager Christine seems to be nice. Joe is the man!
It’s an apartment complex, what can I say. Nothing is perfect, but I’m happy with the way the management company listens to the residents when there is an issue. Joe and Kai are the best! They keep this place running and keep all of us smiling. Thanks gents
Living at this complex has honestly been a complete joke. DO NOT RENT HERE! For a building that’s only a few years old, it’s already falling apart. I’ve had two different neighbors’ units flood, and in both cases, it took months for the repairs to even begin. It makes me anxious that my unit could be next, and nothing would be done about it in a timely manner. West 38th has been a wonderful place to live. I have been a resident since they opened this apartment building. There have been some hiccups over the years that have mostly been addressed, and the new management is excellent. I am incredibly grateful for Adrian, the current Property Manager, for her help and willingness to advocate for residents.
