We just moved into west 38th. The property manager, Christine, rocks! She is responsive, kind and made our move in process so seamless-we have been very appreciative of her :)
Good rental pricing
Pretty cool spot.
I would not live here. Not only is the building in disrepair. The find every opportunity to extract money from you. 50 dollars a month for trash? For one person? A 20+ dollar surcharge for internet? I've had water damage 2x in as many months with no offer to replace or repair the damages it caused. The second one it took them 25 days to fix the issue. I recently moved in to West 38, and it's been great! My apartment is spacious and has beautiful modern finishes. The staff has been so easy to work with, the location is convenient and the views are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend my friends to this apartment community!
