Update, April 2025: unhappy with the personnel changes and multiple issues affecting the entire property. Mike being fired seemed like they were looking for a scapegoat. Joe is amazing, but he is only one person. Will update again after speaking with management. Original review, 2024: Justin is amazing, period! He was so transparent, helpful, supportive, what else could you ask for? I choose this complex because of him mostly, give this man a raise!!
I’ve lived at West 38th Ave. apartments now for 4 years. The new management Mike is the best and the maintenance man. Joe is also the best they take very good care of me. I love the location if you’re thinking about apartment living in Wheat Ridge this is the place.
