They do a wonderful job with their open shows. We love going here and my only recommendation would be to use the magnesium chloride in the arenas or something to help the dust... The tack shop is great with a huge selection. Julie is super accommodating does an excellent job fitting your horse with a saddle and you were jeans! Highly recommend both.
West 20 has a great selection. Staff is extremely helpful and awesome to work with!
Every time I have been in the staff is helpful and friendly - never ever pushy but always available for any question you may have! Great store - I have never left there disappointed!!
Julie and West20 staff have never been anything BUT absolutely amazing, but most of all... TRUTHFUL and honest. They know their stuff, and I have never seen anything but high quality products come from the store. ❤️ I should mention I’ve been a customer since the store was located inside Julie’s garage! (Aka a long time!)

Julie is by far one of the most knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and helpful people I have ever met in the horse world. Frankly, a rarity in today's world. It was such a pleasure to meet her at the World Horse Expo, as well as buy two saddles from her (we were really only looking for maybe one!). Quality, American made products that people really take pride in all throughout her shop. Will DEFINITELY continue buying all of our gear from West 20!
