Aug 5, I have been a loyal patient at this dental clinic under the name of Raymond. Today I am very disappointed. My scheduled appointment was 12 noon. I received a call from Ashley 11:40am to cancel my appointment. I was literally turning into the clinic surface parking lot when she called. I always arrived a little early for my all my appointments to give me enough time to register my license plate and use the bathroom if need to. The excuse was female hygienist called in sick. We always enjoy coming to West17th. The receptionists are great (love Andrea) and we appreciate the patience and understanding given for young kids.
