I had forgotten my contact lenses back home in another town and desperately needed a pair for my basketball game. I provided them with a copy of my prescription and they were super friendly and efficient in giving me more than what I needed AT NO COST.
We have been coming to this clinic for many years but have no intention of returning. If you accept that the Covid pandemic is ongoing, the clinic is not a safe place. Masks are not required for patients and the staff only wear them by request. However, the staff will not wear respirators, only blue surgical masks which do not provide adequate protection. A terrific, thorough eye exam. I felt well looked after from the exam with the Doctor, to choosing a suitable pair of glasses that fit my budget.The staff took their time with me, and were very patient with many questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend West 10th Eyes, and have been coming here for years with my whole family.
