I am sad that I feel distressed enough to post a 1 star review of an optometrist's office that I have been a loyal client of for more than 15 years. Dr Rupnow is an excellent and caring professional. I bought new glasses there a few weeks ago. They were VERY expensive. Today I popped in to have them adjusted. I felt like I was wasting their time. The person said there were no long nose pieces for my glasses. I don’t think she even checked their stock. She clearly didn’t appreciate my request to adjust how they were sitting after she made the first adjustment. Then she even argued that they were NOT sitting askew. This is my first and only experience buying glasses there and I will NOT be returning.

It was my first time at West 10th Eyes. The staff and doctors were very professional. I recommend this optometry to anyone who is looking for a professional and exceptional service.
