Unethical. Unwilling to admit to or attempt rectifying mistakes. Bereft of root cause analysis skills. Machiavellian nightmare.
Battery died in just over a year after charging one time. Company wouldn’t replace because it was outside of the warranty period. I understand how a warranty works, but the battery should be better than this. No issues with the sprayer, but be warned the battery is junk.

Battery died in under a year. They wanted me to jump through hoops to try and have it replaced. Shame that I spent the money on on a good sprayer to deal with the lack of customer service. Sad they won't stand behind their product
