DISGUSTED with how I was just treated by a staff member. Apparently your service department didn't want my business and told me to call Sloan Appliance instead!!! What a shame since I am buying a new investment home and need appliances for the entire kitchen and a washer and dryer..guess I will take my business somewhere else!
These folks are the real deal. Prices are usually competitive or a little higher (we've gotten some great deals), but the jewel in their crown is service. It is so worth every penny to call and have them tell you they'll be out today or first thing tomorrow morning. We have bought a number of appliances there, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
The only appliance dealer in Chapin - Good service, good folks – I have purchased several appliances from Wessinger's and have been pleased with the service and the people. You can often buy stuff cheaper at Lowe's and Home Depot, but to have someone deliver to Chapin usually costs extra, and you never know what those guys will do when they get there. Wessinger's brought out our new dryer, took away the old one, hooked up the new, showed the wife how to use it... all at no additional cost. You won't get THAT from Home Depot!... read more
