Brock and his staff are incredibly gifted at maintaining the property and facilities. Their commitment to how much they care and what they do about it is impressive. The property is beautifully kept to match the surrounding terrain and its peaceful location. They truly deliver a quality of life that we all strive for in our golden years. Used to be no pets and no smoking. Once they folded on those two it’s been down hill since and HOAs go up every year without fail, but no added services or amenities. In fact we now have less because of poor management. The management company is pathetic and has zero morals.
